What is your return policy for personalized photo products?
Since each item is custom-made with your unique photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Can I collect my order from a local Harvey Norman store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service at participating Harvey Norman stores nationwide. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
What photo file formats and resolutions do you recommend?
We recommend uploading high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. Our online builder will display a low-resolution warning if your image does not meet the quality standards for the selected product size.
